What you'll be working on

Tokens Studio is not your average design tool. We combine:

• Studio – a visual interface for managing Design Tokens, building themes, and connecting designers with developers.

• Graph Engine – a powerful engine that lets users define logic and relationships visually.

• Plugin – our Figma plugin is the most advanced token tooling in the ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with our core engineering and design team to bring new features to life in our web app and Figma plugin, improve performance and usability, and continuously iterate on the core of what makes Tokens Studio magical.

Your role

• Build intuitive, powerful UI components in React and TypeScript

• Work with Figma APIs and web technologies to power our plugin and web interfaces

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to ship features users love

• Maintain a high-quality codebase and help define our frontend architecture

• Champion performance, accessibility, and usability best practices

This is You

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about tools, systems, and pushing the limits of what’s possible in the browser. You might be a fit if you:

• Have 3+ years experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling

• Are comfortable working on complex stateful interfaces (bonus if you've worked on design tools or editors)

• Know how to balance beautiful code with real-world pragmatism

• Enjoy collaborating in a remote-first, async-friendly environment

• Care deeply about the user experience and love to sweat the details

Experience with Figma Plugin development, Canvas/WebGL, or design token tooling? Big plus!
